Our office will verify eligiblity of insurance benefits and file all dental insurance claims. Although this is a courtesy to our patients, we want to remind you that our front desk is not responsible for knowing all the benefit details of your child's coverage. Please remember that you are liable for any payment that results in non-covered services. Our office accepts all Dental PPO insurance plans. Please call our office for further information.
We accept personal checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards. We now accept Care Credit as a form of payment, too. Our Front Desk staff is always availabe to help with your insurance claims and paperwork. The cost of treatment will vary, depending on your child's individual needs and treatment plan. It is important to note that all payment is due at the time of service.
Our practice's system sends out multiple text reminders for appointments coming up. If you do not respond to the text message, we will call you the day before your child's appointment to confirm. If your child is missing school for their appointment, a school note can be provdided upon request. Please contact our office for any questions regarding insurance coverage or payment optioins before your appointment.
